I'm not convinced that this is a genuine alternative name for the hookah. There are plenty of websites that use it in a very informal, throwaway manner; but Wikipedia only mentions it in a footnote, and I think I'm right in saying that no one in the quiz I took part in made the association.
Sounds like a case of stretching a point so as to put together enough questions that fit the theme to fill a round!
